Copper
The Temple roof

Tibetan Temple roof at Eskdalemuir, Scotland

This roof at Samye Ling Tibetan Center in Scotland demonstrates the range of situations that can be accommodated using copper.

Opposite is a detail around a Velux rooflight. This style of flashing can be used around any protruding structures including dormers and vents.

Copper enables the formation of box gutters up to 12m in length. The gutter show opposite is over 15m long, and is constructed from stainless steel as this material has a lower coefficient of expansion so enabling it to be used in longer lengths.
