uPVC facias are available in white, black, mahogany and woodgrain. This enables some colour coordination of facias, gutters and endcaps or tiles.
Eaves are recommended, and are simple to install using special vents which match the facia perfectly, whilst preventing insects from entering and providing ventilation to the roofspace.
About uPVC
Expanded unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is PVC-u which has been given a foamed cellular structure by the inclusion of a expansion agent during the manufacturing process. This cellular structure reduces product weight, and increases thermal performance. Environmentally friendly manufacturers use only sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) as an expansion agent as it generates no harmful by products and no CFCs are used in the production process.
